I’m a Director of Junior Major, a creative collective based in Sydney.

Junior Major seamlessly merges the digital and physical to create experiences, artworks, and installations as canvases for interpretation, imagination, and play. Junior Major's work has been showcased at the Museum of Sydney, MOD in Adelaide, Powerhouse Ultimo, and ACMI.

My experience as a creative business leader and immersive media practitioner has afforded me the opportunity to produce exciting and groundbreaking experiences. I’m passionate about screen culture and all things moving-image. Over the past 15 years, I have developed a niche in applying business acumen to digital and immersive products and experiences.

I’ve worked in a strategic capacity with arts orgs in Australia, and as a mentor in digital transformation for ACMI's CEO Mentoring Program, as a digital strategist-in-residence at the Australia Council for the Arts, and a board member at Antenna Documentary Film Festival, Australia’s premier non-fiction film festival. I previously sat on the industry advisory board at AFTRS, and in 2021 completed a Master of Arts: Screen Business & Leadership.

As a principal and Managing Director of Grumpy Sailor from 2013-2020, I worked at the intersection of design, technology and museums, developing lateral-minded and bespoke applications for exhibitions and major arts institutions. I oversaw a suite of immersive and digital projects including but not limited to River Connections (Director Mike Daly) for the Melbourne Museum, a series of installations as part of the Hyde Park Barracks redevelopment, the Road to Zero exhibition for the Transport Accident Commission, and the incredibly unique Ghosts, Toast and Things Unsaid for Google and the Adelaide Fringe. Other clients include the Sydney Opera House, The State Library of NSW, SBS, YouTube, Australian Sports Museum, The Australian War Memorial, WWF and Google Cloud.

I am also a filmmaker, producing the award-winning documentary Kings of Baxter (Director Jack Yabsley), short films Arc (Director Max Doyle), Jack Off, The Red Valentine (Director Glenn Stewart); and work as a creative lead, directing interactive projects including The Madhatters Tea Party and the ‘Sunbury’ film for the Australian Music Vault. In 2020 I was an Executive Producer on climate sci-fi 2067.
